  1. I’m starting a business that sells only Tupperware covers… 🙂

My wife came up with an awesome solution! She put a shoebox in the Tupperware cupboard – the lids go in the shoebox, the tubs to the side – NO MISSING LIDS!

  4. It’s one of my biggest pet peeves. That and the missing sock….

  5. It’s MADDENING!!!!

I’m the same way with toolkits, it’s always your most useful socket or screwdriver in the set that goes missing first, solution, more tools!

    Lol. That is so true.

I totally get this. I fear my tupperware drawer. Thanks for stopping by Travel Oops! Cheers.

  10. Having recently sworn at some leftover stir-fry ingredients and caused an avalanche of my ever-growing tupperware collection to rain down on my own head (by searching for a matching bottom and lid on a high shelf at arm’s length) this made me howl with laughter. To myself, on my sofa. Thank you. 🙂

  11. It’s a universal of modern life, funny, AND shows how irrationality and humanity are kissing cousins… Thanks.

  12. That was me ten minutes ago!

We’re in a war…missing socks, safety pins, hair bands and tupperware lids. We must learn more of our enemies to claim victory!

    Ahh….soooo true!

  16. StressMeKnot says:

Oh god I just realised that’s me! And my cupboards are exaclty that shape, size, and height (I won’t mentioned the insides!). I’ve now stopped giving myself reason to need/use tupperware so I don’t have the exasperation of this scenario. #notcooking

  17. This is my life everyday! I can NEVER find the matching lid!

  18. My roommates and I have this problem. The tupperware cupboard is so inconsistent!
We go through and throw them out periodically. But, as usual, it builds back up again.

I’d suggest storing the random tupperware in big tupperware bins, but that might be overkill.

  19. I do wonder if the lids go to the same place that missing sockmates disappear to.

  20. Reblogged this on rakisheats and commented:
    It’s always the little things!

That is what happens everyday in my house. Not only with tupperwares.
